Submissions will be peer-reviewed by experts in the relevant field and accepted and only presented papers will be published in the WiSPNET 2019 conference proceedings and will be submitted for possible inclusion in the IEEE Xplore®, which will be indexed by (INSPEC, IET), EI Compendex and Scopus.
